Sandy Paws Animal Hospital, formerly operating as Wells Road Veterinary Medical Center is currently accepting resumes from motivated, career oriented individuals interested in joining our team. We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician for a full time position. Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the veterinarian and fellow technicians where needed as in exam rooms, treatment area, and surgery with restraint, blood draws, sample collection and preparation, iv catheter placement, radiography, anesthesia monitoring, routine in-house lab tests, dental cleanings and more. Getting a complete medical history, entering notes, results, and charges into our computerized practice management software are also part of the basic responsibilities.
Weekend and holiday hours will be required
Varying weekday schedule also required
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to the ability to lift 40 lbs, walking, standing, bending, & lifting for duration of shift.
