Busy and growing, our privately owned companion animal hospital has been in operation for over thirty years with many happy, long-term employees and clients. Our purpose is to provide top quality care to our patients and prompt, professional, personalized service to our clients. We do so with current technologies that make work easier for us and that impress our clients.
Located in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington, we are a 6 doctor private practice, searching for a motivated associate to join our existing team. We have a beautiful, uplifting facility, with an excellent staff of individuals who care about what they do and enjoy doing it.
We are primarily a dog and cat practice. There is no requirement to see exotics, but those interested in doing so are also welcome.
A typical full time work week is 32 hours. If your commute involves crossing the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, the toll will be paid by employer.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience or internship training, but motivated new grads will be considered. He/She should be willing to work hard, but also expect to be compensated well. He/She should recognize that veterinary medicine isn’t just about medicine, but also about building positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
